  This happens on a Saturday night. First, when we walked in, there was no host and it took us 10min to get sat. Then, our waitress greeted other table when they came after us. So we waited patiently, it was not a big deal, but then it took another 10min to get our drinks and once she dropped the drinks at our table she was taking care of other tables and never came back to us to check and see if everything was okay even after our food came out. The manager and the other waitress were taking care of the tables in front of us. I’ve never had this happen at This location of Chili’s except tonight. This was unacceptable. On top of that when I ordered another drink, it never came out and the waitress forgot our appetizer. I work in a customer service and I never treat people that. It’s unacceptable. I really thought that everything was going to be fine but it ended up a disaster.

  Honestly, this was the worst experience I received. I did not come to eat to pay for an attitude. The food took over an hour to come, and then it did not come as ordered. My Units food was cold, hard, and some didn't even have an an an an an an adequate amount. The manager Orlando was notified and tried his best to accommodate; however, the service was still terrible. I strongly encourage the regional manager to go and help Orlando do a turnaround and training to help better accommodate their guests. This business is about services, and it lacks Customer service, and the cooks did not provide food cooked well. I will not be eating at this establishment again and do not recommend it it.

  I am an Uber Eats delivery driver and after delivering so many Buffalo Wings orders, I decided take a lunch break. I stopped into Chili's and ordered buffalo wings. My server, Ben, was great and offered good selections for me. After my meal, I definitely was a happy camper and happily gave Ben a nice tip. After getting home, I called the manager, Orlando and gave my rave reviews about Ben and the yummy wings. If you want really yummy tasting Hot Wings, go to Chili's and try them. They aren't the scrawny little wings, they are a good size. Ask for Ben to be your server, I promise he will take care of your table with great service. Good Eatings All !!!

  Came on a Friday night, wasn’t busy at all. Host took 10 minutes to greet us then mumbled and motioned in a random direction to follow him. I was waiting on my friend to come back and he gave me a stank eye when I was standing there. Our server greeted up promptly but that’s when the food service ended. We ordered drink and food at the same time but it took 20 minutes to get a Diet Coke and a IBC. An additional 10 minutes leading to 30 minutes for a plate of nachos and a medium steak. My friends food was supposed to come with a salad but instead was presented with asparagus. The server kept walking by us as if wanted to not deal with us. He was seat in 5 different areas so I’d understand if he was trying his best but he visibly wasn’t. The other servers were also unwilling to help. Don’t go to this establishment. There’s clearly no teamwork and people just want an “easy” job and don’t take it seriously. Never coming again.

  My Hostess and Server were both great. Lamari was very attentive to my needs. She offered me superb service. I will return.
